Tony Altamirano started making VHS films with no budget at a very early age and has since graduated to making professional camera films with slightly better budgets. He has developed effective & award-winning film-making skills by serving as a writer, producer, director, and editor on a variety of projects, including his short film "Capsule" (2011), which was featured on PBS and also received several awards.
